Gaia is a bespoke programme designed to support women through pregnancy and into postpartum recovery. The structure, frequency of appointments, and investment are tailored depending on stage of pregnancy, postpartum requirements, and level of support required.

Payment
All package payments are required upfront at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Fees do not include the cost of additional testing, supplements, or external referrals where recommended.
Appointments are to be scheduled at times convenient to both the client and Claudia Russell, following practitioner guidance regarding appropriate spacing and frequency.
Any consultations not used within the agreed programme timeframe may be forfeited at the discretion of Claudia Russell.

Cancellation Policy and Refund
All appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours are charged £150 cancellation fee. Receipt of the cancellation fee must be received before the appointment is rescheduled.
Refunds are not available. Claudia will do her best to ensure every client’s programme is a success but that success also depends on the commitment and effort put in by each client. As refunds won’t be possible, before signing up to a programme, we ask that you consider how ready you are to commit and adopt new nutrition recommendations and lifestyle changes to embark on your personal transformation journey.
