Holistic Support for Women Through Every Season of Life
Blending science and intuition to restore balance, vitality, and ease — nourishing your body’s natural rhythm at every phase of womanhood.
About
I’m a nutritionist, naturopathically based. My work sits where tradition and evidence meet: food and lifestyle as daily medicine; time-honoured remedies carried through generations; modern, well-researched approaches when they serve. I don’t hand over a protocol and send you on your way. We walk the path together — slowly, curiously, in conversation with your body.
I came to this through lived experience: anxiety, disordered eating, PCOS, pregnancy, and the tender after of becoming a mother. I healed through cyclical living, and that brought me home to my body. When I began listening to the seasons within me, nourishment made sense again. Rhythm returned.
Women find me at many thresholds: painful or heavy cycles, PMS, PCOS, endometriosis; the turning of perimenopause and menopause; pregnancy and postnatal recovery; the weight of stress and anxiety; the long echo of disordered eating; the quiet depletion that doesn’t lift. However it shows up, we start by listening — to symptoms as messages, to pace, to what your body asks for now.
Learning to Live Cyclically
Together we weave the practical and the tender: food that steadies hormones and mood, habits that calm the nervous system, cycle tracking that builds body literacy, movement that supports rather than depletes, herbal allies and supplements when appropriate, reflective practices to meet the shadows with care. You’ll always know the why behind what we try; I’ll always respect your timing.
This is not about fixing you. It’s about remembering you. A slower way back to yourself — nourished, informed, and held.
My Story
Hello! My name is Claudia and I am a nutritionist based in South West London. I have always had a strong desire to help people and I am so grateful to be able to do this through my holistic nutrition programmes.
With an innate belief that the body can heal itself with the right tools and having experienced this first-hand through my own journey, my mission is to help women reconnect and align with their own body’s rhythm, take ownership of their health and live their lives to the fullest with confidence and joy.
“My love for the sea and deep respect for the natural rhythms and cycles of nature greatly inspires my work.”
- Claudia Russell
Cyclical Nutrition
Cyclical nutrition begins with remembering that our needs aren’t fixed. A woman’s body doesn’t follow a 24-hour clock — it moves in waves, in rhythm with the moon and the turning seasons. Hormones rise and fall; energy shifts; what nourishes us changes too.
Just as nature moves through spring, summer, autumn, and winter, so do we. Each phase of the menstrual cycle — and each season of womanhood from menarche to menopause — calls for something different. Food, rest, and movement become ways to honour those changes instead of resisting them.
This might look like warming herbs and grounding meals in your inner autumn, lighter foods when energy lifts, or finding comfort in the starchy roots of winter. It’s not a diet, but a conversation with the body — a slower, more intuitive way of nourishing yourself through every phase and every season.
When we live and eat cyclically, we begin to move with our bodies, not against them. And in that flow, balance returns.
Testing & Deeper Insight
Sometimes the body asks for a closer look.
Testing can help us understand what’s happening beneath the surface — bringing clarity to symptoms and guiding the next steps with confidence and care.
When it’s appropriate, I offer functional testing such as HTMA, DUTCH and adrenal profiles, thyroid assessments, digestive stool analysis, and allergy or intolerance testing, alongside blood tests for specific nutrients. These tools help identify patterns and imbalances that may be influencing your energy, hormones, or digestion.
Testing is never about chasing numbers; it’s about understanding the story they tell. We use results to guide our work — refining nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement choices so they truly meet your body’s needs.
Whenever possible, testing is arranged through your GP, or directly via trusted laboratories. Together we decide what’s necessary, what’s helpful, and what’s simply noise — keeping the process clear, collaborative, and empowering.
