Meet Claudia
From childhood dreams of becoming a paramedic to achieving a first class degree in psychology, I’ve always had a deep pull to help others. An intuitive inclination for natural healing and love for food led me to the College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I completed my Diploma in Nutrition and began learning how the body’s systems work together in rhythm.
My work combines evidence-based nutrition with menstrual and cyclical awareness, helping women understand their changing needs and meet them with care. It’s a gentle, practical approach that restores connection, balance, and ease. Each plan is unique, rooted in respect for the body’s own capacity to heal when given the right support.
